Dateline February 1999
- 1-Feb-99 - Found my first grey hair. And not even 30 yet!
- 2-Feb-99 - Got a call from Dad, his brother, my Uncle Charlie, passed away. It had been expected but still a sad thing. Always is when a loved one passes on.
Dateline March 1999
- 10-March-99 - Officially pushing 30!! Woke up to "Mommy!! Mommy!! Open it!!" at 6am. Ah, the joys of motherhood. If I'd been more awake, I'd have actually USED the espresso machine Nich gave me right then and there. Had dinner the 11th with my bestest bud and his fiancee and parents ... Rich turned (dare I say it?) 34 on the 12th and we were continuing with our tradition of celebrating together on the day between.
- 27-March-99 - Nich's birthday party was a success! 8 six- and seven-year-olds invaded the apartment for 4 hours. And no one was maimed, hurt, killed, or otherwise bent, crushed, or folded! I didn't go crazy and there are no new grey hairs! Want to see pictures?
- 30-March-99 - Nich's officially 8. Oh man am I in for it now! Another 5 years and it's the "terrible TEENS"!
Dateline April 1999
- 16-April-99 - My friend Michael turned 29. Happy Birthday darlin'! (You know you love the attention Michael so don't tell me you don't!)
- 17-April-99 - My friend and co-worker Christine turned 35 today. Happy Birthday sweets!
- 24-April-99 - Went flying with Doug today. Ended up in Shelter Cove, CA. What a BEAUTIFUL trip. Next time, I'm going to make sure I bring a camera!! Excellent piloting skills, too! 8-)
